Sharon’s career spans nearly 20 years and has traversed agency, client-side and government. Educated in Adelaide, Sharon started her career in public relations, a discipline she would stay in for over a decade. Through this time, she worked within research and higher education sectors before beginning an influential tenure with Foster’s [then] wine division, Treasury Wine Estates. Returning to agency, she continued to further her career and develop skills which would ultimately lead to the position of General Manager for Mitchell Communication Group (now Dentsu Aegis Network) business, Spark Communications. From there, her appetite for strategy and cross-discipline projects grew to the point that she decided to work in Strategy full-time, joining isobar in 2012. Punctuating this time with the birth of her two children, she remained as a Strategy Director until taking the role of Executive Director – Strategy for isobar Australia in March 2018. She won DAN’s incubator program initiative, Brainbox, in 2018 with BOB, making her Founder of that business.
